Biography
Keely received a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior from the University of Notre Dame. After graduating in 2021, she worked as a research coordinator with Dr. Stephen Becker at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, contributing on projects centered around how ADHD and related constructs can influence internalizing psychopathology. She later became youth psychiatric technician at the University of Utah before joining the Iowa ADHD and Development Lab in 2025. Her current research focuses on sex-related differences in ADHD, with a focus on hormonal influences, and their association with depression, anxiety, and suicidality. Outside of school, she enjoys watching college sports, thrifting, and reading!
